         Ano passado costumava ter umas feiras de livros no shopping perto de onde eu morava e lógico que eu passava as tardes explorando esses livros. Eu achei uma edição do
"On the road" de capa dura, e parecendo bem acabadinho, do Círculo do livro, com uma ilustração na capa. Tudo isso já seria mais do que suficiente pra eu comprar o livro, mas eu abro o livro e na primeira página tem escrito esse trecho, do jeito que está aí em cima, então eu nem sequer pensei duas vezes.  Trouxe ele comigo. Foi um grande impacto e eu me senti como se tivesse descoberto um tesouro enterrado, uma garrafa no mar sei lá. Sempre quis ler o Jack Kerouac, e não me decepcionei com o livro, mas mais ainda, queria conhecer a pessoa que escreveu no livro. De vez em quando folheio o livro de novo só pra ler essa página e imagino quem é essa pessoa, o que ela faz, se ainda está viva, se ela foi a não prisão, o não combinado, se foi o Sal Paradise em algum lugar por aí...Imagino quantas pessoas pegaram nesse livro, leram o livro e tentaram ser a não rotina...O livro parece alguma coisa que deva ser passada adiante, nas mãos de muitas pessoas, para que vários possam ser a não rotina...eu já li, mas não consigo passá-lo ainda, quem sabe um dia...por enquanto é ele que me lembra, sempre que necessário, de seguir on my roads com o espírito livre pra onde o coração apontar.
